The healthcare facility offers specialty services for Cardiac, Stroke, Surgery, Women's Services, Pediatrics and Cancer Care.
The Womens Nursing Director will report to the Chief Nursing Officer.
They will be responsible for the daily nursing operations including all clinical, financial and administrative aspects of the Labor and Delivery and Postpartum Units.
The Nursing Director will work directly with the hospital-wide leadership team to ensure that organizational values are met as well as maintaining exceptional quality care.
The Nursing Director will be expected to provide a work environment where the staff feels empowered and supported.
They will mentor staff to effectively maintain and achieve positive patient outcomes and satisfaction.
The Director will adhere to standards of state and federal regulations, devise and implement the unit budget, and improve growth and development.
They should have their BSN which is required, MSN preferred and 4 years of leadership experience.
