Job Description

Do you enjoy having every weekend off of work and working in a team environment to help others? If so, you need to join our team at Aspira! We are currently looking for individuals to join our Customer Service team in our Frostburg, Maryland office; located near Frostburg State University!

Targeting Start Date: August 6th, 2018


  • NO WEEKENDS! The schedule is Monday Friday between the hours of 12:30 pm and 9:00 pm
  • Pay is $11. 25 per hour; paychecks are paid bi-weekly
  • 2 additional paid days per year to Get Lost in an experience and to Give Back to the community
  • Both part-time and full-time positions are available

In this role, you will have the privilege of speaking with members of one of the largest contribution retirement plans in the world! Connect with civilian and uniformed service participants to help them with maintaining their retirement accounts.

Skills & Requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • General keyboard knowledge with PC experience preferred
  • Previous call center experience and/or financial experience is helpful
  • Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
  • The ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • High School diploma or a general education degree (GED)
  • Able to pass drug test and state, federal and criminal background check
  • Available to work within the hours of 12:30 pm and 9:00 pm (Monday Friday)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
